Entering the Draconis Reach

So after a while of playing solo at the house. I've decided to engage with outside members of the community and play some Draconis Reach.

I've opted to proceed with the Mercenaries Box mechs and paint them as Eridani Light Horse. Starting with the Caesar-3R and the Chameleon-7V for 2620 BV and giving me a starting total of 51 BSP (yes, BSP is being used) we are going to see if some 4/5 pilots can get any work done against the Dragon and its henchmen.

I made the mistake of adding grass to their bases. Green grass on green mechs just isn't the way forward. I did use gravel road grit from Woodland Scenics, and that looks great. The green was done with a black primer, Feral Green from Army Painter and then Camo Cloak SpeedPaint through the airbrush. They look like old school army men. The canopy done with fluorescent orange and gun barrels touched with fluorescent green. One day I'll get some black lights and let the mechs glow.
